    What floor and what part of the building should we request at the AK Kidani village? We are looking for the best floor for viewing the animals from the balcony and best location considering the pool and parking lot distance (will have a car)

    Howdy again Jill and thanks so much for your questions!! 

    You are going to be in awe of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village.  Kidani Village is an amazing Resort hotel.  From the moment you walk into the lobby, you will feel as if you are on your own personal African safari adventure.  

    We have stayed on a variety of floors at Kidani Village and have enjoyed each of them.  We typically prefer the higher floors but, from our experience, the savanna views are usually similar for all villas.

    There are parking lots near the hotel and there are also a limited number of dedicated spots conveniently located under the hotel.  

    Regarding your request to be near the pool, I would suggest that you contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and ask them to make a note on your reservation regarding your requested location.  Then, when you are 10 days out from you check-in date, call Kidani Village directly at (407) 938-7400 and make sure your request is noted on your reservation.  The Cast Members assigning the villas will do their best to accommodate you.

    I'm so excited that you will be staying in a Disney Vacation Club Resort during your first trip to Walt Disney World!  You will love experiencing the magic of Disney while enjoying many of the comforts of home.  You have made an excellent choice for your Resort hotel!
