    If our flights gets in at midnight, is the airport bus available? Is it OK to check in at that time?

    Hi Roberta, 

    Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  I am happy to see that you and your family will be able to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express Service, it is a convenient option for guests staying on Walt Disney World Resort Property to travel to and from Orlando International Airport.  

    Disney's Magical Express operates 24 hours a day, no matter when your flight arrives, there will be a motor coach available to transfer you and your luggage to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  In order to add this service to your existing reservation, you will need to provide a Cast Member with your flight information as well as your resort hotel confirmation number. To setup Disney's Magical Express Service, please call (407) 939-1936 and a Cast Member will be happy to help.  

    Much like Disney's Magical Express, the Front Lobby at all Walt Disney World Resorts are open 24 hours a day.  When you complete Online-Check-In, there is a spot to add your arrival time, this ensures the Resort will be expecting your late night arrival.  Given that you arriving late at night, you could also opt to use the Direct-to-Room Service where after completing Online Check-in, you will be able to skip the Front Desk entirely and head directly to your Resort Hotel Room, using your MagicBand or phone to open your door.  Guests will receive real-time updates on the status of their room, including a text when your room is ready.
