Flight to WDW was not booked through Disney. I called and gave Disney flight times and numbers to reserve Magical Express transport. This info is not showing on MDE - should the ME reservation show up or do I need to call Disney back to verify?

Hi, Lori!  You should see Disney's Magical Express listed on your reservations when you visit the My Disney Experience site.  If you click on My Disney Experience, scroll down to My Reservations.  A list should come up that shows your resort reservation right at the top.

If you read down to the bottom of your resort information, you should see a line that says, "Airport Transportation:  Disney's Magical Express Service", and then another button to click for more details.  When you click that "View Details" link, a new box will open up showing your travel party and your resort information, indicating your shuttle has been booked.

If you do not see any of this information on your My Disney Experience page, you may want to just call and confirm that you are booked.  Sometimes, there are things that don't show up right away that we can see from our end that they can see on the Disney end.

    I hope this helps!
