Flight at 9:30am, what time magic bus pickup from all star resort in February

    Hi Jonathan,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing us your question about Disney's Magical Express, one of my favorite benefits for Disney hotel guests!
Guests traveling within the U.S. are normally picked up three hours prior to their departure time to ensure they have plenty of time to check-in at the airline, go through security, and arrive at their assigned gate on time. If your flight leaves at 9.30 am, you would be picked at around 6.30 am. The exact departure time and place for your motorcoach ride back to Orlando International Airport will be on the Disney’s Magical Express transportation notice you will receive the night before check-out (and it'll be based on the flight information you provided when you reserved our service) from your Disney Resort hotel. Keep in mind you are responsible to bring your luggage to the departure point which is usually the same spot where you first got dropped off when you arrived. If you need assistance from Bell Services, please ask for it at the lobby or by calling from your in-room telephone.
Be sure to have your transportation notice ready when it’s time for your Disney’s Magical Express departure. Your motorcoach driver will collect the notice before you board. If you have any other questions, you may call Disney's Magical Express directly by dialing +1 866-599-0951(fees may apply for phone calls placed outside of the U.S.) and speak with an agent.
Jonathan, I hope to see you again with more questions; we are delighted to help you plan your trip!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
