    Our flight is scheduled to leave Sanford at 7:40 a.m. so we need to be there by 5:40 a.m. and it is an hour's drive away. Can we check out this early in the am or can we check out the night before?

    No worries!  You will always find a Cast Member available at your Disney Resort's front desk.  There is no need to check-out the night before.
