When Flight of Passage becomes a paid ride, will DAS users be able to get a return time from a cm or have to wait in line?

    Hi Jaynee,

It's so great to hear from you again! I'm honored to play a small part in helping all of your Disney dreams come true during your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth next year!

Avatar Flight of Passage will be eligible for the Individual Lightning Lane selections beginning on October 19th for Guests who want to skip the standby queue. Since the standby queue will still be an option, though, all Guests using the Disability Access Service (DAS) will be able to request a return time based on the current standby wait time without needing to purchase anything. It will function like all other attractions with DAS. You'll simply request a return time during your visit, then once that time has arrived or anytime thereafter, you'll have the member of your party who qualified for DAS head to the Lightning Lane entrance first. After their identity has been verified (which simply requires the Cast Member to check the picture that was taken when you set up the service; no questions are usually asked), the rest of your party will be able to follow. Avatar Flight of Passage is my very favorite attraction throughout all of the parks, and you and your crew are going to LOVE flying on the back of a banshee! SIVAKO! I'm happy to share that with DAS, you won't need to wait in the standby queue, even for this attraction that offers the option to purchase access to the Lightning Lane.

Thanks so much for bringing me another great question, Jaynee. All of your planning is going to pay off with an incredible vacation that you and your fellow Mouseketeers will cherish for years to come!
