Our flight Los Angeles was cancelled by the airline and there our no flights until Saturday which would make us not be able to go. My son starts college so there is no for sure time that we could reschedule. What do I need to do about getting a refund?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Daniel!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question about your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort.

I am so sorry your airline carrier cancelled your flights to Los Angeles. I know this must be incredibly frustrating, and I wish there was something we could do to help. I also know the stress of sending kids off to college. I have two kids in college now, so I totally understand trying to navigate crazy schedules for your entire family.

I want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable; HOWEVER, Guests do have some flexibility with their unused tickets. Did you know that Guests are able to apply their unused Disneyland Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of a new Disneyland Theme Park Ticket? Well, I am very excited to share with you that you CAN! Please be aware that you can purchase tickets at the current price so long as your ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. This will allow you to then look at your schedules to plan a MAGICAL trip to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH in the future!

I sure hope this information helps you in your planning. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a TIGGER-ific day!
