    Our flight lands at 11:54PM. We are booked for the Magical Express to take us to our resort. My question is about our luggage. Since the luggage may not arrive until 3 or 4am, can it be held somewhere and delivered the later in the morning to our room?

    You’ll be able to get some sleep after arriving your resort!

    You can handle your luggage two ways:

    1 - Claim your luggage and bring it with you on the Magical Express bus. This may be important for guests traveling with small children or needing certain toiletries.

    2 - Let the Front Desk know at Check In that you do not wish to have your luggage delivered until the next morning. Bell Services will leave a voicemail message (the phone will not ring!) on your phone once your bags have arrived. When you wake in the morning, check your message - you should see a blinking light notifying you of your luggage’s arrival. Then call Bell Services to bring the bags to you. Allow sufficient time for the delivery as mornings can be quite busy for Bell Services with guests checking out.

    Remember to carry any overnight essentials in your carry on bag!
