Hey Haylee, and welcome to
planDisney.
I am glad that you stopped by to see us so we can help answer all the questions about Walt Disney World Resort that make you like Alice in Wonderland: "curiouser and curiouser."
Your flight gets in just after Cinderella’s carriage turns back into a pumpkin so I know everyone will be exhausted from the day of travel. Currently, there is no complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World Resort hotels from Orlando International Airport (MCO). However, there are definitely other options that will not break the bank. I prefer to use Uber/Lyft/Taxi to move us between the airport and our Resort hotel. It is direct, personal, and you will maximize your vacation time by not having to catch a bus three hours (minimum) before your return departure. The cost varies depending on whether they are using surge pricing but getting into the airport so late should make it more affordable. Another option is to book a spot with Mears Connect either Standard or Express. Mears Express has limited service locations. While less expensive individually the tickets can add up when traveling with more than three people.
PlanDisney Pro Tip: Once on the property, you have access to many
different types of transportation to get around Walt Disney World Resort. If you have early morning
dining reservations, either at a theme park or at another Disney Resort hotel, then consider the magical
Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft. These red-with-white polka dot vehicles are as close to a magic carpet as you get when outside of
Magic Kingdom Park. They are fun, and whimsical, and include a knowledgeable Disney Cast Member driver with a custom Disney driving soundtrack.
Haylee, please
let me know if there are any other questions you have to help make your Disney vacation covered in pixie dust.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories,
~Jason
