    Our flight information was recently changed by the airline. Do I need to update my Magic Express reservation?

    Hi Ashley, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question.  I am so glad to see you are using Disney's Magical Express Service, it's a super convenient way to travel to and from Orlando International Airport.  

    When I have had to change my flights in the past, I always call and let them know of our flight changes.  To change your reservation please call (407) 939-1936 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist with your request.  Disney does ask that any changes are confirmed, in order to have the most accurate information available on file.  

    Since you are using Disney's Magical Express Service, I'd like to remind you that once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, be sure to pick up your luggage at Baggage Claim prior to boarding the motor coach.  Disney's Magical Express is no longer providing luggage transportation, guests are responsible for transporting their luggage to and from Orlando International Airport.  Personally, I don't mind this change, it's nice having everything with you as soon as you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  

    I would also recommend taking advantage of the Online Check-in Service and the Direct-to-Room Service offered to guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  This service allows guests to complete Online-Check-in through your My Disney Experience Account, and even skip the Front Desk and head straight to your Resort Hotel Room upon receiving communication that your room is ready.  Your MagicBand or Mobile Phone will be able to open your Resort Hotel Room, it's magical!  I find that this service is a great way to squeeze every minute out of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!
