Our flight home is scheduled to leave Orlando at 7am, so we would need to be on the Magical Express at 3am. At that time of day, are we then responsible for getting our luggage off of the Magical Express and checking it in with our airline ourselves?

Hi Tracy!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have also had some of those crazy early morning departures.  My kids were always so confused about why were were getting dressed in the middle of the night!

Resort-Airline Check-In Service allows guests flying participating airlines to obtain boarding passes and check luggage through to the airport.  Guests who arrive on Disney's Magical Express are automatically enrolled in Resort Airline Check-In.  Guests should receive their boarding passes and Magical Express departure information delivered to their Resort Hotel room the day before check-out.  For domestic travelers, Magical Express is scheduled approximately 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.  The Resort Airline Check-In desk is open from 5:00 am to 12:00 noon.  Guests who wish to check their luggage using this service should bring their bags to the desk, or call Bell Services for assistance.  Because your Magical Express bus will depart for the airport before the desk opens, you will need to bring your luggage with you on the motorcoach.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.  We are always happy to help.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
