If my flight gets in before check in time, can I leave my luggage at my resort and go hang out a park until check in time? Our flight lands at 10am and I’m not sure what we would do with our bags until check in.

    Hi Brittany!

Thanks for coming back to ask us another great question! I love to squeeze as much magic as possible into my Walt Disney World Resort vacations, which means that I'm often on one of the first flights to Orlando in the morning. Since the excitement of a visit to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" usually keeps me up the night before my trip, it makes sense to get up early to start my vacation!

If you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel before your room is available, you can drop your luggage off with Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel, which will be located right in your hotel lobby. They will securely store your luggage until your room is ready and you are free to enjoy your day! You can head to the theme parks, explore the recreation activities at your Disney Resort hotel, or visit Disney Springs to enjoy its shopping, dining, and entertainment. When your magical first day completes and your room is ready, you can either pick up your bags yourself from Bell Services or you can head directly to your room and call Bell Services to ask for your bags to be delivered.

Brittany, I recommend that you take advantage of the Direct-To-Room Service to complete your hotel check-in before your trip even starts. Using this service, you can skip visiting the Front Desk when you start your trip and you will automatically be notified by the My Disney Experience mobile app when your room is ready!

Let us know if you have additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
