    Our flight doesn't leave til evening and checkout is at 11 at the art of animation. Wondering if we are able to use the pools after checkout and are showers in the locker rooms/restrooms at the pools in case we decide to swim.

    You are certainly more than welcome to use the pools and all your resort has to offer on your check-out date.  I have also confirmed with a Cast Member that Disney's Art of Animation does have showers in the locker room areas.
