My flight comes in very late, I will be staying in the Orlando airport that night and then plan on taking the magical express first thing! Will Disney send our bags to the hotel the night before? Do we need to go to the hotel first or can we go to parks

    Hello Denise,

For Guests, staying at a participating Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Magical Express transports Guests to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Assuming you have contacted Disney's Magical Express, (407) 939-1936, and currently have a reservation with them to board the following morning, after your flight's arrival, I recommend not attaching the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags to your luggage. Instead, upon your arrival to Orlando International Airport, claim your luggage, at your flight's baggage terminal, and bring it with you the following morning. Luggage is easily stored under the bus, during transport. As a side note, Disney's Magical Express only transports Guests to and from participating Walt Disney World Resorts and not to any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. This means, yes, you will head to your Walt Disney World Resort first and if your room is not ready, they can hold your luggage as you set off to enjoy the parks for the day.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
