Welcome to planDisney, Amy! Traveling with three boys with big appetites, you are speaking my language. The rumbly in the tumbly can go from
hungry to
hangry quite quickly, especially when they are tired.
For your late-night arrival at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you can order with DoorDash or another meal service and have it
delivered to the Front Desk. You should include "Guest" - and I would even suggest "arriving around midnight" - along with your name for the Cast Members to know it's yours and when to expect you.
You may want to add some snacks and bottled drinks to your order to enjoy that night or later in your stay. The snacks seem to disappear so quickly! And letting you know just in case you were hoping for something a bit spirited to shake off the travel fatigue: the resort cannot accept any items that require proof of age on your behalf.
For another quick food option, the McDonald's at
Walt Disney World Resort is open 24 hours. At midnight, the drive-thru for a burger and fries may be calling.
If you wake up the next morning with a craving for Mickey Waffles,
Landscape of Flavors usually opens at 7 am. I think this is one of the best places for breakfast with its variety of waffles, pancakes, eggs, and specialty items like the
Loaded Totcho Bowl. Speaking of great finds at your resort, I hope you try the
I'm Nemo Cheesecake. It's such a treat, special to the Art of Animation.
Please come back to
planDisney with any other questions. We are here for you and your boys!
Just Keep Swimming!
