Our flight will be arriving around 11:30pm to Orlando. Our Disney resort states check in is up to midnight. I'm quite sure we won't arrive by midnight, so are we still able to check in?

    Hi David! Welcome to planDisney.

Hakuna Matata! Late check-ins at Disney Resorts Collection hotels are "no worries." I know this because my favorite flight into Orlando usually gets me landing around midnight and tapping my MagicBand to enter my room well after midnight. With that knowledge, here are a few of my protips.

Take advantage of early check-in either online at disneyworld.com or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Once completed, you can take advantage of going directly to your room. You can unlock your door with an active MagicBand or use your digital key through the app. These options have saved me precious sleep time so I can hit the theme parks early in the morning. If you want to go old school, simply stop at the 24-hour manned front desk for a Key to the World card to enter your room.

And since I mentioned hitting the parks early, I cannot let sign off until I remind you of my favorite benefit of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. You have a 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry advantage. This will give you access to those popular attractions before the parks officially open.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
