If flight is around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday in July, how long might it take to arrive at BoardWalk Resort via the Magical Express?

    Hi Christie!

I'm so happy to hear that you will be staying at Disney's BoardWalk Inn during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love the location of the Disney Resort hotels on Disney's BoardWalk because you can walk or take a boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Plus, you can enjoy all of the shopping, dining and entertainment on Disney's BoardWalk throughout your vacation.

Disney's Magical Express is a fantastic way to start your vacation because it makes transportation to and from Orlando International Airport so easy. I recommend that you allow three hours between your flight arrival time and the time when you will be at Disney's BoardWalk Inn to begin your first vacation activity. This will give you plenty of time to get through the airport, wait for your bus to depart, travel to Walt Disney World Resort and make potential stops at other Disney Resort hotels before you arrive at your vacation "home". In my experience, the trip can be quicker, depending on your specific arrival date and time, but I never like to start a vacation rushed and three hours will give you plenty of time!

You can also consider taking advantage of the Minnie Van Service to start your vacation. This private, direct transportation provided by Disney Cast Members is the perfect way to get to the magic as quickly as possible!
