Hello, I have a flat rate box from the USPS I want to send home with souvenirs. How is the best way to do this? Can I pay for the shipping at concierge? Does Disney charge an extra fee? We're staying at AKL Jambo House if that makes a difference.

Hi Autumne! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to LOVE your stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! I adore this Disney Resort hotel. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet, as well as entertaining with the animals constantly on the move in the savanna. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back!

You will be happy to know that pre-packed and pre-labeled packages can be sent from most Disney Resort hotels by simply visiting the Front Desk or the Concierge desk. According to the Mail Services page on the Walt Disney World website, regular shipping and handling charges will apply. There are also a few Disney Resort hotels that have business centers that can ship packages, so if you find that Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is unable to ship for any reason, they can direct you to one of those. I really think you will be all taken care of at your own Disney Resort hotel, though!

I hope this helps and that you enjoy your stay, as well as shopping for all your souvenirs, Autumne! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
