I have very flat feet-rarely go barefoot. Finally going to water parks this trip (June!). Will I be able to wear my water shoes in line for the slides, and carry them on my belly down the ride? Thanks for all of your help!

    Hi Joe!

My son and I love the Walt Disney World Water Parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon!  I have to tell you that I always wear some type of water shoes (like Crocs or other brands or water shoes) when I am at the Walt Disney World Water Parks!  On most slides, water rides, lazy river, or wave pools you can keep your water shoes on.  For extreme slides such as Summit Plummet you will have to take off your water shoes and hold them on your chest as you go down the slide.  The Water Park Cast Members will tell you if you need to remove your water shoes for a particular ride or slide.

I hope that your next visit to a Walt Disney World Water Park is truly amazing!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
