    Hello!! We are fixing to buy the ann. pass and saw on the website that you pick what they look like and wondered if the are a hard card or paper.. Thanks for the AHelp!!

    Hi Heather:

    Although always subject to change, my recent annual passes have been printed on a very sturdy paper card featuring a favorite Disney character. It must be a very special durable paper since my annual passes don't tend to show much wear or tear during the year.  I've confirmed with a theme park Cast Member that you can transfer your paper annual passholder card to your plastic Key to the World card (resembling a credit card) during your stay.
