I'm so sorry to hear that you had difficulties as you were loading your documents. I actually have some firsthand experience with this as I recently helped a family member check-in for their cruise. Their date of birth was also greyed out until their passport photo had been fully uploaded onto the website. Once it was uploaded and into the system, I noticed that the birth date was then correct. I hope that you notice the same thing once you have loaded your photos.

Once you are cleared for sailing, you can take a deep breath and get ready for a relaxing cruise vacation. My favorite place to relax happens to be the
adults-only Quiet Cove Pool area of the ship. You can find plush loungers in the shade or the sun, and be attended to by some wonderful crew members. On a particularly warm day, you may be served a refreshing cold towel. I could grab a good book and read in this space all day long. Well, until my kids pull me away for an obligatory ice cream break!
