    Are any fitness classes offered at the resorts?

    Hello Carrie, and welcome to planDisney!

    I understand wanting to stay fit during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! 

    The good news is that there are Health and Fitness Centers located at select Disney Resorts that the guests of those resorts can utilize. Some are open 24 hours a day, allowing one to get in a workout in their free time. Unfortunately, fitness classes are not offered at the resorts. I have had friends who will use their smart devices to exercise in their rooms and broadcast the video to the TV. I hope this helps.
