Do any fitness areas offer Yoga?

Hello C and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
As I'm answering this great question the very day after International Yoga Day where so many folks took part in the global celebrations at Disney Parks you've got me wondering if 'C" actually stands for Cinderella?!
Apart from all the walking one does during a trip to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort there are many other wonderful ways in which to keep both mind and body active with the help of the many Spa and Health Facilities on offer which at present includes Sunrise Yoga at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  Sunrise Yoga is currently offered to Guests staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort on Monday & Wednesday mornings at 7am near the Congress Pool.
Additionally Guests staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort may benefit from Yoga on the Lawn which currently takes place each Tuesday & Thursday morning at 7.30am under the Skyway Bridge.
Yoga class numbers are limited and offered on a 1st come, 1st served basis plus it may also be helpful to know that for Guest convenience all mats and equipment are provided on site.
    Have a great Disney day.
