Hi there, Patricia!
I’m so glad to hear you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth with your little ones. You’re going to make so many magical memories exploring the theme parks along with them!
All four of you should be able to ride together on most
attractions that your children are tall enough to experience. In many cases, you can all ride in the same row on attractions with bench-style seating, like Pirates of the Caribbean, “it’s a small world,” Mad Tea Party, and the Disneyland Railroad. On other ride vehicles with shorter rows, such as Alice in Wonderland, Snow White’s Scary Adventures, Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sully to the Rescue!, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, you should be able to sit directly behind two of your children with the third seated next to you. Attractions that seat large groups of Guests at once, like King Arthur Carrousel, Storybook Land Canal Boats, and Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, are also a good choice for your family.
The only attractions where seating arrangements may pose a problem are those with individual ride vehicles that can only seat two to three Guests safely, such as Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure, Haunted Mansion and Autopia. However, children ages 7 and older may ride unaccompanied, so your oldest could ride in his or her own ride vehicle while you ride with your younger two children if the four of you cannot ride in one. Check with a Cast Member at the attraction queue if you have any concerns or questions.
I hope this helps you plan, Patricia, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the
Disneyland Resort with your little Mouseketeers! Please write back with any other questions you have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
