Are fish extenders used at the Disney hotels or just on the cruise lines?

    Ahoy, David!
Fish Extenders are a fun tradition created by fans of Disney Cruise Line. Fish Extenders are fabric pockets that guests hang from the metal fish wall ornament on the outside of their stateroom doors. Other guests bring little gifts to share with other cruisers who participate, and leave trinkets and surprises in the pockets during the cruise. I've not participated in this fun gift exchange, but I've read all about it and it sounds like a really fun experience!

Cruisers interested in participating in the Fish Extender fun can find more information on Disney Cruise Line discussion boards such as DISBoards.com, or by googling "DCL Fish Extenders". There's lots of information out there! You can purchase custom made Fish Extenders on craft sites such as Etsy, or make your own.

This gift exchange tradition is only found aboard Disney Cruise Line, and not in the Disney hotels. If you want to join in on the fun, it's time to set sail with Captain Mickey!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question - have a magical day!
