Ahoy, Pei Shan! I am thrilled you came by planDisney to talk about one of my favorite ships. The
Disney Fantasy holds a very special place in my heart, thanks to all the magical memories I've made with my family on board.
Let's talk dining! The Fantasy has three main dining rooms. You'll feel like royalty when you are invited to
Be Our Guest at
Royal Court. This restaurant is inspired by Disney's finest ladies with tiaras. At the
Enchanted Garden, you'll be charmed by the light, airy feel of a conservatory. Be sure to watch the ceiling as the restaurant goes from day to night. It truly is enchanting.
Animator's Palate celebrates the artistry and characters of Disney. If I had a favorite, it would be Animator's. The first night is
totally awesome, dude, with Crush and your Finding Nemo friends. The second night (on 7-night and longer cruises) brings you into the show. You won't believe your eyes!
If you would like to request a specific dining location, I recommend asking for a table near a screen at Animator's Palate. It's not guaranteed, but you can ask and increase your chances.
Disney Cruise Line has
rotational dining. You are assigned a dining rotation, time (main or second seating) and a table number. You get to enjoy each of the main dining restaurants, and your dining team meets you each night, becoming an integral part of your cruise experience. We loved our Server last year so much, we requested her for our last cruise. It was so much fun to see her again!
For your Frozen fan, the Disney Fantasy features a Broadway-style show starring Elsa and Anna:
Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. You can enjoy this for the
First Time in Forever, either before or after dinner, depending on your dining time. For the best seats, you may want to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before show time. The best seats are located on Deck 3, at the floor level, in the middle section.
The Fantasy is also home to
Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular. You will be amazed at how they transform the theater and immerse you in the stories and the songs. Aladdin is always fun as the Genie brings his own sense of humor to the role.
You may also want to look into the
Royal Gathering. This is a special event offered on the ships with several princesses appearing to greet you. While complimentary, tickets are required and typically can be reserved starting at midnight Eastern, 30 days before your sail date.
If you would like to dine at
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure, this experience is on the
Disney Wish. It's a cruise worth melting for! When you have this trip on the horizon, seats in view of the stage are closest to the magic of the show.
Pei Shan, I hope this helps as your cruise approaches. I know you will have a magical time! If you have any other questions,
planDisney is always happy to help!
SEAS the Adventure!
