Ahoy there again, Ben!
Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with more questions for us. I am so glad my planDisney friends have encouraged you to book a sailing on the
Disney Fantasy. Jana gave you such wonderful
recommendations and I am thrilled to see you’re considering a special dinner at
Palo to celebrate your wife’s birthday. On my most recent sailing on Disney Fantasy, we celebrated my father’s birthday at Palo as well.
Be prepared for a delightful time tasting specialties of Northern Italy. You can choose from a prix fixe dinner menu or order a la carte. Pretty much everything we have tasted at Palo is delicious. Personally, we prefer ordering a la carte as we find the prix fixe menu’s selection to be a bit slim. Whichever dishes you and your wife decide on, I am sure they will be yummy but please save room for dessert! The chocolate soufflé is my favorite.
Your little Mousketeers will have a wonderful time at
Disney’s Oceaneer Club and
Disney’s Oceaneer Lab. And by choosing a mid-trip evening to dine at Palo, hopefully your little ones will have gotten the chance to know and be around the Youth Activities Counselors. If (and that’s a big IF) any issues occur while you are at dinner, you will be contacted via the text messaging feature on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
Palo (and Remy) offers brunch during Sea Days and I recommend you giving that a try if you can! It is a completely different, but equally exquisite experience compared to dinner.
I am getting hungry just thinking about Palo and Remy; I am excited for you and your wife to have the opportunity to enjoy a nice, relaxing birthday dinner at Palo. If you have further trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by
planDisney again.
Bon Voyage,
Kiki
