    This is our first year at Disney Vacation Club. We will be staying at the Bay Lake Tower. I understand you have to pay for maid service. Do you know how much that is per day and do we need to bring our own dish and dishwasher soap or is that supplied?

    You must be so excited! Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is my Home Resort and I know that you will adore it as well!

    If you reserved your Villa through Disney Vacation Club using points and your stay is seven nights or fewer, you will receive a complimentary Trash & Towel Service on Day 4 of your vacation. Trash will be emptied, liners replaced and you will have a refresh of all consumable products like coffee, sugars, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. If you will visit for eight nights or longer (LUCKY!) then you will have a full Mousecleaning service on the fourth day and a Trash & Towel service on day eight. Then the process will repeat.

    If you booked a non-discounted stay with cash, then you will discover a full cleaning daily.

    Great news! If like additional cleaning services, those can be requested for between $15-$35 per day for Trash & Towel Service or $30-$75 per day for a full cleaning, based on the size of your Villa.

    Your Disney Vacation Club Villa will come stocked with one or two pre-filled coffee packs, one pack of dishwasher soap and one box of natural laundry detergent. I always recommend that Members bring along a small bag of laundry pods and a baggie of dishwasher tabs, your favorite coffee, and filters.
