first wht is the mostly time of year to go to Disneyworld toget free dining, and 2nd do they offer special priced tickets for someone who will not be going on any rides?

Hi, Laurice! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

For the past several years, Walt Disney World Resort has offered a complimentary Dining Plan with a non-discounted Walt Disney World Resort hotel and Theme Park ticket package (with a minimum night stay) at various times throughout the year. Historically, most of these offers have been for early-to-mid Fall, but the 2019 offer was for stays between July 5 and September 30, 2019. There are always a limited number of rooms allocated for these offers, so it’s best to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for information about dates and restrictions. The “Free Dine Offer” for 2019 has already passed, but to provide a frame of reference, this year’s details were announced on January 2.

As far as specially-priced tickets for Guests who choose not to enjoy the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, unfortunately that offer is not available. Whether you’re a Guest with limited mobility or a disability, someone who doesn’t care for thrill rides, or if you’re just not a fan of heights, with hundreds of attractions to choose from, there really is something for everyone--from babies to great-grandparents--at Walt Disney World Resort!

Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you, Laurice. We’re happy to help!
