Hiya Peggy! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm excited to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this fall! Halloween will be in the air, especially at the Magic Kingdom Park with
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party taking place.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my family's favorites as well! So much so, I believe my daughter watched it every night before bed for the entire month of October leading up to Halloween! Unfortunately, in order to meet Jack and Sally, you will need tickets to the party. If you have park tickets to the
Magic Kingdom this day, you may see partygoers start to line up early in preparation for the meet and greet. Jack and Sally may even start meeting before the party officially begins at 7 PM. However, only Guests with the special party wristband will be allowed to actually meet with them.
Since you will be there on a night that a party is taking place, I would definitely consider attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This event is one of the best at Walt Disney World and has countless features that make it worthwhile.
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is full of many of your favorite Disney characters, including some of the best Disney villains around. If you're looking for more Jack Skellington, he makes an appearance during Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular. You'll get a double dose of Jack on this night! Guests can also enter the park as early as 4 PM with a valid party ticket, so you will have plenty of time to explore the park before the event officially begins.
Peggy, I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
