First WDW vacation. There will be 1 adult and a 2 yr old. Should I get a dining plan?

Hi Samaya - if you are staying at one of the Walt Disney World resort hotels, you are eligible to add the dining plan to your vacation package.  I definitely recommend the dining plan, if you plan to eat most of your meals on property.

There are several options for dining plans.  The standard dining plan, with one quick service credit, one table service credit, and a snack credit per person per day, is best for most families.  However, if you don't want to eat at table service restaurants, there is a quick service plan that may be more appropriate.  In addition, if you think you'll eat at least two table service meals per day, then the deluxe plan may be best.

You won't need to purchase a plan for your 2-year old.  Instead, they can share your food, and get their own plate at any buffet your family eats at.

    Have a great vacation!
