We are going on our first WDW vacation 3/ 27. 2 questions: what do you do with your daypack if all the adults in your party are on a ride at the same time? Will it be in the way on most rides? Also, is there a place to refill water bottles within the park?

    Hi Steve,

Wow, your vacation will be here before you know it.  I hope you have a countdown going.  My kids love to announce each morning how many more "wake-ups" until our trip!

Now, by daypacks I am assuming you mean backpacks.  You are allowed to take backpacks on all the rides as there is no safe place to leave your bag unattended just outside the ride and cast members cannot be held responsible for them.  You can fit the bag at your feet or in a mesh bag that is provided either under the seat or just in front of you.  However, if your backpack is an oversized one, there are lockers for rent at the entrances of each park.

Now, for your second question.  We always refill our water bottles from the water fountains found throughout the park.  Some quick service restaurants have a tap water dispenser in their self-serve beverage area that you could use as well.

May your trip be extra magical with surprises and memories around every corner!
