    Our first WDW vacation to be Feb 11-15, 2011. Made ADR for 7 guests (me, wife, 2 daughters, grandma 1, grandma 2, and grandpa) but it turns out maybe grandma 2 and grandpa may not be coming. Can I change the number of guests on an ADR?

    Adriano:

    It is always easier to take guests off a reservation than add them to one...And, you won't be penalized for reducing the size of your reservation.

    If I were in your shoes, I would wait until I was positive that I did not need the additional two seats and then call Disney Dining (407-939-3463) to adjust your reservation.  There will be lots of guests who will be thankful that you did!
