First WDW trip. Planning on Deluxe Dining plan for Hubby, DD8, DS2, & myself. Do I really need to make reservations at all these different restaurants? Can I plan on any flexibility in our day with a walk in or will we not get in?

    Hi Michael,

While no reservations are necessary for quick service restaurants at Walt Disney World, popular table service restaurants fill up quickly with advance dining reservations.  Therefore, it is definitely worth your while to map out your days in advance of your arrival and call (407) WDW-DINE to make reservations.  You can certainly change these reservations up to 24 hours before your scheduled meal without penalty, but if you opt not to make any advance reservations you run the risk of having limited choices for table service restaurants.  This is even more likely to be true if you are traveling during peak season.  To avoid disappointment, make some table service reservations well in advance of your vacation.  Let us know if you need any suggestions for places to dine.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
