We have our first WDW trip planned for Feb 8-12 with our 2 daughters, age 4 & 6. We have breakfast reservations for Akershus at 9:25am on the 9th. Will we be able to get into the park to make the reservation on time? Thanks

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Your first magical family vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner, how exciting! I'm sure your daughters are going to have a wonderful time, and you will make memories that will last a lifetime.

Not to worry Amanda, you will definitely make it to your reservation at Akershus on time.  I looked up the Theme Park hours for the day of your breakfast; Future World is open at 9:00 which will give you enough time to walk over to World Showcase.  Even though the World Showcase does not officially open until 11:00, guests with dining reservations are allowed entry into World Showcase with no problem at all.

With that said, if you are worried that you may still not make it to your reservation on time, simply talk to a Cast Member at the entrance of EPCOT when you arrive and they will escort your party into the park before opening.  I find it is also a great time to take some family photos without the crowds in the background!

Have a great time with your princesses at Walt Disney World Resort Amanda.  Please let me know if you have any other questions; I would be happy to help in any way I can.
