First WDW trip the first week of Dec. 2013 looking at movie resort but they do not accommodate our party of 5 (3adults 2 children). what resort could accommodate us in the same price range or can we book a single room plus our package at movie resort?

Unfortunately, Disney doesn't offer any resorts that can accommodate a family of five for the same per night price as what is offered at the All Star Movies.  They do, however, offer family suites at the brand new Art of Animation Resort; those sleep up to six.  Additionally, standard rooms at Port Orleans Riverside can accommodate five people, and--as a moderate resort--that would most likely be your most economical alternative.  I'm not sure I follow your question with regard to booking a single room plus your package at the All Star Movie Resort.  I will assure you, though, that packages can be purchased for any of Disney's resort hotels.  If that is not what you were looking to find out about, please do clarify your question and write back for follow-up.  Thanks, Krystyna!
