Our first wdw trip as family. Visiting during EFWF. Great reviews but not our thing. We don't drink & kids too young to appreciate it. Other than avoiding w/e & going early & fast pass, any other tips on how to maximize our Epcot visit?

    Hello Rhiza,

I am a fan of Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival but completely understand how it may not interest your family. You have the right idea to arrive early and utilize FastPass+ selections but also consider visiting Epcot Monday through Thursday. Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival, typically, sees an increase in crowds Friday through Sunday. Consider making FastPass+ selections in the morning hours in Future World and once World Showcase opens later in the morning take a stroll around and explore the countries.

As an extra tidbit, beginning in the next couple of day, after Guests have used their first three FastPass+ entitlements, they can then currently head to a FastPass+ kiosk (at the moment selections for the extra FastPass+ can not be done on the Mobile app) and reserve one other FastPass+ selection in any of the Walt Disney World theme parks. And after that entitlement is used continue back to the kiosk to reserve yet another and so on and so on. That being said, once you have used your three FastPass+ selections in the morning, reserver another for late afternoon, so you and your family have time to explore World Showcase and maybe snack on some of the foods that are being highlighted during Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival.

Enjoy planning your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World and let me know if I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance.
