Our first WD trip is less than 2 weeks away! Any last minute tips on what I need to do regarding airlines, the parks, packing would be appreciated.

    Hi Sandra!

First timer! Congrats! Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime! If you have not done so already, be sure to contact Disney's Magical Express to arrange for your complimentary transportation to our Disney Resort. Another tip would be to purchase your tickets online (if you have not done so already) so that you can avoid the lines at the park entrances. You can do so by visiting the Tickets Page of the Walt Disney World Website. As for packing, be sure to bring comfortable shoes and light clothing as the weather in Florida this Summer is very hot! I would also recommend you bring sunscreen for your visits to the parks.

The best tip I can give you is for you to visit and sign up for your "My Disney Experience" account. You can also download the My Disney Experience App! Here you can organize your planning! You can search for dining and even plan your itinerary for each day! This site will allow you to explore activities by height (not age), therefore you can plan something for everyone in your party. The best thing is that once you plan, you can link all of your reservations and view and modify your plans from your mobile phone! Since you probably have the hotel selected, you can look up the park hours for the days you will be visiting, then you can plan your park visits and dining reservations accordingly. I try to visit the parks on the days they have the longest hours so that we can enjoy it to the max! Hope this helps!!

I am sure that you will have some last minute questions! If I can help you further, send them my way!

    Happy Planning!
