    Thanks for the compliment.  All of us on the panel enjoy helping guests plan their magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Unfortunately, there's no where to meet her, but you can see her in the Boo To You parade, which is the special parade held during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  That's a hard ticketed event (meaning you need a separate ticket) held in the Magic Kingdom on select dates in September, October, and early November.  It's my favorite hard ticketed event and worth experiencing if you are going to be in Walt Disney World during that time frame.  It has the best Magic Kingdom fireworks show and I've never met anybody who didn't love trick or treating in the park.
