When we first visited Disney, my daughter was under 13. I set up her account and managed it for her. Now, I would like to transition her account so manage it herself. Is there a way to do that without removing her from our existing plans?

    Hello, John,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Isn't it wonderful to experience Walt Disney World through our children, especially as they move through the different stages of childhood?  When I think of our youngest son who had his first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop, I can't believe he's now in college. I'm so thankful we made so many Disney memories together, and it sounds like your family is having a chance to make many magical memories, too.

My Disney Experience is a great tool to make visiting Walt Disney World more simple and easy.  To help with making changes, it is sometimes best to contact the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling (407) 939-4357 where a Cast Member will be able to help you modify your account.

Wishing you a Disney Day!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
