First visit. We have a 3 yr old & 5 yr old. debating wither to take 2 umbrella strollers for each boy or not. Feel like it could be a pain with going on rides and when kids want to walk we have to drag them around. Would you suggest taking them?

    Hi Samantha,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be super excited for your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

I think you will find having two strollers, or even a double stroller to be very helpful in making your visit as comfortable as possible for you and your children. Even if you build breaks into your days, you will be doing a lot of walking.

My boys are ages 6 and 3 and we still like having a stroller for them. That way they can walk when they are able and take breaks when they need to. Plus, the stroller helps us parents by holding extras like water, diapers and snacks!

We visited the parks last month and decided to let our 6-year old walk while our 3-year old was in the stroller. Even just for one day, we wished we had the double stroller with us! It really makes a big difference.

You can rent a stroller in the parks if you need one. However, if you want to park-hop, you will need to return the stroller at the first park and obtain a new one when you enter the next park. That's a nice option if you only need it for a few hours. You may also bring our own or rent from a vendor like Kingdom Strollers.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way, Samantha. Wishing you and your family happy memories on your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Happy planning,
