    First visit to WDW- Oct 2019. We know Star Wars will not be open but we want to see as much star wars and characters as we can. We have seen video of the storm trooper parade which looks fun. Where is that? Any suggestions on how we can see Star Wars?

    Hi Carolyn! Your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! YAY! Thank you so much for sharing your questions with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so excited to help you plan your magical vacation!

    Disney's Hollywood Studios offers countless ways for you to be immersed into all things Star Wars! My son's favorite attraction in all of Walt Disney World Resort is Star Tours - The Adventures Continue. After a quick jump into hyperspace, you will find yourself on a mission to help the Rebellion. Star Tours – The Adventures Continue is an amazing 3D, motion-simulated space flight! It's a must do for any Star Wars enthusiast!

    Be sure you visit the Star Wars Launch Bay Theater! There, you will be amazed as you watch a behind-the-scenes video of the Star Wars saga. When the video concludes, you will have the opportunity to make your way through the Star Wars Launch Bay gallery. It's incredible! I didn't think I was going to be able to get my son out of there during our last vacation. As we moved from one area to the next, his eyes became bigger and bigger and he was so excited to tell me every detail of everything he saw. As you exit, you will find yourself in Launch Bay Cargo. LOVE IT! You will find everything from movie prop replicas to items for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!

    As your vacation nears, be sure to check back for updates on all things Star Wars, including shows and other entertainment. You will want to make sure you plan encounters with many of your favorite Star Wars Characters! BB-8 is adorable and fun, Chewbacca melts my heart and then there is Kylo Ren. All I can say is, "Wow!"
