First visit to WDW just 5 days away:) My 2 yr old love Cars! Any place for him to meet McQueen Mater & gangs besides Hollywood Studio & Art of Animation resort? What's the fastest way to travel between Epcot to HS? Thanks!

    Hi Jenny,

You must be so excited for your upcoming vacation - it's almost here! If you have a chance to visit Art of Animation, I recommend it. Your little guy is going to feel like he's in Radiator Springs, surrounded by all of his favorite characters. If you can't make it there, Hollywood Studios is where you Lightning McQueen and Mater greet their fans. During Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival there is also a Radiator Springs play area. The Cars characters are made into topiaries, but it is cool and a great place to run off a little excess energy.

The quickest way to get to Hollywood Studios from Epcot is actually to take a bus that goes directly there. Alternatively you can take a boat from the International Gateway in Epcot to Hollywood Studios. It takes longer, but you also have the option of getting off at any of the stops and walking the rest of the distance, which can work out well if you want to check out The Boardwalk.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
