This is our first visit at Thanksgiving, we've visited Christmas & Spring Break. Are there special "holiday ears" for Thanksgiving? We waited 2 days to purchase Santa ears for Christmas and they were sold out at every park, two very happy gi

Hi Aricka! My family is known for wearing special hats and ears for every occasion. We found over the years that if the entire family dons something special on their head then we can find each other far easier in a crowd. Plus we have fun with all being festive.

In the past Disney has offered special Thanksgiving ears but each year can change. I suggest you check with the Disney Store on line to see if their fall "ears" have been announced. If you can buy them before you arrive it will be safer then hoping they will still have them in the parks. It adds to your luggage but you can always ship a small box to your resort to arrive just before your check-in date. Address it to the name the reservation is under as well as the check-in date written down followed by resort and address. Ship about a week before your arrival.

We will be in the parks this Thanksgiving and plan on bringing fun turkey hats to wear to celebrate. If you can't find "ears" consider looking for something festive such as that and I guarantee you will still have fun! One year we had a chef come out and ask if he could wear one of the turkey hats during dinner service that night. We loved it!
