First visit scheduled in August - reading a lot about ADR...do you recommend ADR for all meals or just dinner - TS. Wishing it was August…thanks for your help!

Caitlin, I know August seems so far away and yet as you plan the time will go quickly and your vacation will be upon you!

When planning for our vacations I usually make sure I have one Advanced Dining Reservation for each day.  It can be either lunch or dinner as sometimes we would rather have a larger lunch and snack more for the evening meal.  By having at least one sit down meal per day you are allowing you and the family to slow down and rest and communicate about the vacation.  If you are in the parks and wish to enjoy more then one of the special restaurants then I suggest you make ADR's for both meals to assure yourself that you will get a table.  We love Primetime, Sci-Fi, Mama Melrose, and Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios so we are usually booking two of them for our day at that park.

There are many great quick service locations through-out the property so you certainly won't go hungry.  Don't forget to check out your choices for great dining at Downtown Disney too!
