    This will be our first visit to Disney. Where in Disney World is the best place to get salads and other healthy foods? Does the Landscape of Flavors at Art of Animation Resort have salads?

    Hi William!  I would say almost, if not all, Disney restaurants and food courts have salads and other healthy meals available for purchase.  The Landscape of Flavor at Art of Animation has ready-made salads available for purchase as well as a 'Create your Own Salad' at one of the food court stations for around $10.

    If you're interested in viewing a menu from Landscape of Flavor, I would suggest you visit allears.net.  You will see a 'menus' link within the dining section of their website.  This may help give you a better idea on the different meals they serve in the food court.

    By the way, you are going to love the Art of Animation resort!  Very nice choice for your first visit.  Please let us know if you have further questions as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.  I hope it's truly magical for you and your family!
