On my first trip to WDW several years ago there was a food window that served only McDonald's fries. Is it still there and if so where is it located? Travelling with a very picky eater and this would help immensely. Thanks!

Hello Monique, thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I know exactly what you are talking about.  Fairfax Fries at Disney's Hollywood Studios only served McDonald's french fries and sodas - although there were, at one time, several other locations as well. Unfortunately, McDonald's is no longer located anywhere on Walt Disney World property.  I can sympathize with having a picky eater, my daughter is 8 and I am still hoping she will grow out of that phase.  There are some cool things for kids to choose from.  My daughter loves the Kids Power Packs that can be found at select locations throughout the parks.  These packs have a small package of gold fish, a string cheese, yogurt, carrots, cookie and a drink.  They are perfect for her because of the familiar foods.  She likes to eat the cold foods first and then save the gold fish and cookie for snacking later in the afternoon.  You will also be able to find other prepackaged snacks, french fries, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and other kid friendly food all over the parks and resorts.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
