Hi!! Our first trip to WDW is in Nov....We are not staying on the resort....my question is can we bring snacks and can we bring a pinic lunch? Also, is there a charge for parking?

    Hi Amanda!

Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World - WOO HOO!!!  You may absolutely bring in everything you need for a picnic lunch, with the exception of alcohol.   They do ask that you bring your food and drinks in something smaller than the large pull behind ice chests that are so easily tripped over.  This can be a wonderful way to save money and still experience the magic of the parks!

You will be charged about $14.00 per day to park at any of the four major parks.  If you leave one park and visit another, be sure to bring your receipt, so that you will only be charged once per day.  Also, I suggest taking a picture of the sign marking your parking lot area.  For example, if you are in the "Dopey" section, take a quick pic of the sign so that you won't get lost after a long day of fun!

    Much pixie dust,
