Hello, this is our first trip To WDW and we are very excited!!!We purchased an 8 day park hopper package, can we purchase the no expiration option once there if we don't use all of the days? We are coming Oct 11-19th..Thank you

    Hi Sean,

First of all let me say Congratulations! on your first trip to Walt Disney World!  Please remember to visit any guest services locations in any of the Parks, Downtown Disney or WDW Resorts and ask to get a complimentary "It's My First Trip to WDW" button.  You need to wear these buttons during your whole vacation in order to possibly experience some "first-time" magic!  By wearing these buttons, it will let cast members throughout WDW know that this is your first trip and "special" things may happen and more magic is possible.

Now, on to your answer....yes! you can certainly wait until you are actually on your trip to add the "no expiration" offer onto your existing tickets.  This is not always the best value in my opinion to do this (it is quite the expensive option to add, although many guests do like to have the extra unused days with the no expiration and makes it worth it to them to pay this extra cost to have the tickets for a later date).  the new Magic Your Way tickets can be upgraded before your vacation begins, or within the 14-day window you have to use the ticket after it's first used. Upgrades include extending the ticket length (i.e., adding more days) or adding any combination of Options: the Park Hopper Option, the Water Park Fun & More Option) and/or the No Expiration Option.  I hope this helps!  Have a magical first trip to Walt Disney World.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
