This will be our first trip to WDW. EXCITED!!! We will be staying at the Pop Century Resort. I hear the walk to the bus in lengthy. Can you tell me how long it will take to walk from the resort to the bus stop?

    Hi Kraig!
No wonder you are excited, a first trip to Walt Disney World is a thing to celebrate and get excited about!  I am sure that you will just love the Pop Century Resort because I know that I love it and so does my son!

Even though Pop Century is the largest of the Value Resorts you are only about a 5 minute walk from the Classic Hall which houses the Food Court, Store, and Bus Transportation, even if you are staying at the 50's, 80's, or 90's which are the farthest buildings away from the Classic Hall.  I have discovered that there are various shortcuts which help you get to the buses quicker especially from the 80's and 90's buildings.  Here is an address for a website that has resort maps http://willcad.org/maps/wdw/resorts/resort_pop.jpg  Just paste this into your web browser to see a map of the Pop Century Resort.

I hope that you have a groovy time at the Pop Century Resort on your first trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
